From May 1 to November 14:
Roberta and Ana Catalina $270 usd/night, minimum 3 nights.
Thalia and Alejandra $320 usd/night, minimum 3 nights.

From November 15 to April 30:
Roberta and Ana Catalina $370 usd/night, minimum 5 nights.
Thalia and Alejandra $420 usd/night, minimum 5 nights.

Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year:
Roberta and Ana Catalina $470 usd/night, minimum 7 nights.
Thalia and Alejandra $520 usd/night, minimum 7 nights.

* All rates includes taxes and Continental Breakfast.

Reservations: A 50% deposit is required to hold a reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to departure. If the balance is not paid by that date the reservation is subject to cancellation. Monies refundable only if suite is rerented minus 10%. In case of cancellation after payment of balance, 50% is usable towards a future reservation, except in cases of documented medical emergencies, in which case a refund of the balance will be made if another booking is made to fill the dates. A voucher will need to be signed upon your arrival for bar expenses, lost keys and damages.

Notes: Maximum occupancy two persons per suite. We do not accept children under 14. For special events, contact us about these rates.

We also offer the possibility of renting a beautiful residence on the Golf Course in Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo, Villa Alexandra, with views of the green, the lake and the ocean. Features three bedrooms and a small apartment.

Additionaly, we offer our small luxury boutique hotel, Villa Guadalupe, on the waterfront in Zihuatanejo.
